GRAND LAUNCH of Swift Running 5K at Movement Gym Columbia

Partnering with Movement Gym in Columbia, MD; Swift Running will hold this grand launch of a locally owned running/walking shoe company in Howard County!

As the owner is a mom herself, we want to celebrate life by being active as much as possible!

All the registered moms will get a rose!

In addition to this launch, we will support a non profit organization (to be announced)!


We plan to do this yearly on the first Sunday of the month!
